I have recently bought the Rooney and Garland box set, and was watching them, and I noticed that in the first two (babes in arms and strike up the band) , Mickey seems to do most of the tap dancing and Judy is dancing a few steps, I'm not sure if this is just a trick of the eye or it is true, then in babes on Broadway, she seemed to be tap dancing slightly more. Was she learning then, or was I seeing things??? Also, I was watching the special disk and when she was signing "Zing went the strings of my heart" I noticed she has a very slight lisp. I could hear it in some of her other songs too. Is that my imagination too?? If these are two things that everyone knows and that are very obvious...forgive me for asking stupid questions!!

When you listen to Judy at Carnagie Hall it's alittle noticable. Liza has a lisp with her s's . It could be also do to the overbite she had. Peopl with overbites are more prone to lisps.

I noticed the lisp on Carnegie Hall CD, but got in trouble for mentioning it on a Judy board a while back lol.
