Kind of a weird topic for a fan board, but it's happend to me.
A lady I work with wears her emotions on her sleeve, and it often pisses people off. And she acts immature to the point where it's embarrassing for the people around her.
She takes her problems at home and turns them into everyone's problem at work.
She uses her vulnerability to get away with...whatever it is she needs to get away with.
She's like this on a daily basis.
This is a pretty scathing portrait of Judy, so let me say that, as far as I know, this is not how Judy was typically. She was selfless and friendly in all sorts of scenarios. But, there sure seemed to be "that" side to her - or so I have read. I freely admit that I'm sure I would not have held up as well as Judy did if I had the same forced pressure, standards, drugs, ridicule, and the overall awful treatment that she received
My co-worker was in raw form today. Everyone, including my boss, was completely fed up with her. But, for the millionth time, she got away with it. You may sympathize with her because we all have days like this, but that's not what I'm talking about. She's a horror to work with, and patients and understanding only worsen the situation.
My info my not be the best. I've read/heard pleasant snippits here and there, but the only books I've read were "Get Happy" and the book by Mel Torme. Neither were too flattering, overall.
This is really unfair to compare just this side of Judy, but I guess I'm just curious.
I'm I just a lone prick, or does anyone else ever see her in a different light because of someone you know?
