I have a 1940 Ideal Teen Judy Garland Doll. She was my mother's doll when she was a girl. The doll spent many years in the attic collecting dust and she needs to be restored. She has the original Strike Up The Band dress & under garments as well as the little Judy pin. She also has the socks & shoes. Her eyes still open & close. She's an all composition doll and a few of her fingers have crumbled. The dress fabric feels very delicate as if it will disintegrate if washed (though it badly needs washed).
How can this doll be restored? Does anyone know her value?
My family has come upon some financially bad times. I may have to sell the doll but will only consider it if the price is right and she goes to a good home.
Thanks! Jmart354
